Community & Family Services, Inc.’s Food Pantries work to provide food to those in need for free. We have three locations within Blackford and Jay County. To receive assistance, we ask that you provide proof of your residency within the location you are visiting. This would include a form of ID with your address or a utility bill providing your name and address.
Volunteer
Volunteers are an essential part of our food pantries! We truly couldn’t do what we do without our communities’ support. Volunteering your time could look different for everyone. This could include assisting unloading food as it is delivered, keeping our pantries clean for a better experience for all, or even assisting clients navigate through our inventory.
Everyone has their own strengths and we would love to hear how you would like to volunteer your time.
Reach out to our Food Pantry Coordinator, Barbara Cowgill, at bcowgill@comfam.org if you wish to volunteer your time to one of our locations!
Donate
Donations are what keep our pantries stocked and running. Whether monetary or working with our Food Pantry Coordinator to donate our most needed items, we are thankful for our communities’ continuous support.
