What Is The Energy Assistance Program?
The Energy Assistance Program provides financial assistance to low-income households to maintain services during the winter heating season. Income eligible families are provided a one-time benefit to their heating and electric companies to offset the high cost of utility bills.
Community & Family Services, Inc. provides the Energy Assistance Program to our six surrounding counties:
Adams, Blackford, Huntington, Jay, Randolph and Wells Counties.
