What is SCSEP?
The Senior Community Service Employment program is a community service and work-based job training program for older Americans. Authorized by the Older Americans Act, the program provides training for low-income, unemployed people age 55 and older. Participants also have access to employment assistance through the American Job Center network.

Services
SCSEP
The only federally-funded program specifically targeted to older adults seeking employment and training. SCSEP enables thousands of low-income seniors each year to learn and earn while working in local programs serving their community.
DCP
The Digital Certification Program was created by CWI Labs to prepare older workers for the modern workplace while combating ageism. Digital skills are required in 92% of jobs. However, one of the most pervasive ageist stereotypes is technological illiteracy among older adults. A Digital Certification provides job seekers with in-demand skills and a means to showcase those skills to potential employers.
